Low on resistance MOSFETs for 48V power supplies

Fairchild Semiconductor has launched a new 100V withstanding MOSFETs for isolated power supplies with 48V power bus. The FDMS86101 works at low on-resistance of 8 milliohms.

The notable other features of this transistor are,
They have built-in soft-body diode to eliminate external snubber circuit for attenuating switching spikes and works at low Miller Charge (QGD), and total gate charge (QG)
