60-V, 2.2-MHz DC/DC converter IC with 65-microamp quiescent current

Texas Instruments has released TPS54362-Q1 a new automotive qualified DC/DC buck converter with high transient voltage rating of 60 V, and operating at a switching frequency up to 2.2-MHz. The quiescent current is only 65 micro amps. Targeted applications are mainly in automotive electronics domain for products such as infotainment, navigation systems and power supply for electronic control units.

The TPS54362-Q1 operates from input voltage of 3.6 V to 48 V.
