Four channel class D audio amplifier driver IC

The new IRS2093 driver IC from International Rectifier is half bridge topology based quad class D audio amplifier driver device to drive class D amplifiers in the power range of 50W to 150W used in home and car hi-fi audio systems.

The other specifications and features of this device are,

1. Integrates error amplifier, PWM comparator, and gate driver.
2. Can with stand 200V
3. Feature PWM modulator with frequency up to 800 kHz
4. Safety and protection features include programmable bi-directional over-current protection (OCP) with self-reset control, under-voltage lockout protection (UVLO), and programmable preset deadtime.
