Quad digital to analog converter with built-in voltage reference

Linear Technology has introduced new quad DAC chip LTC2634 of bit size 12-bit, 10-bit and 8-bit with an integrated precision voltage reference. The LTC2634 is the latest addition to other similar DAC devices from Linear Technology such as LTC2636 octal and LTC2630/LTC2640 single channel DACs.
The LTC2634 is suggested for industrial, automotive and ATE applications.

The technical features of this DAC are,
1. Offers 12-bit performance of ±2.5LSB (max) INL error and < 2.4nVos crosstalk
2. The built-in reference offers precision of 10ppm/°C
3. Operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply at a supply current of 125uA per DAC.
4. Provides a hardware load-DAC (LDAC) pin to asynchronously force the DAC outputs to their respective reset state
5. Provides serial data output pin.

Operating Temp. Range: automotive (-40°C to +125°C), industrial (-40°C to +85°C), and commercial (0°C to +70°C)
