N-Channel enhancement-mode MOSFETs in SOT-963 packages

Central Semiconductor has released the CMRDM3590 dual, N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET packaged in SOT-963 surface mount case.

This device has two individual isolated 20V, 160mA MOSFETs. The maximum rDS(ON) of the device is 3.0 ohms at a test condition of ID=100mA and VGS=4.5V. Circuit applications for this MOSFETS include load power switches, power supply converters, and other power management applications.

SOT-963 case offers 16% lower profile (0.5mm) than the SOT-563 (0.6mm) and utilizes 61% less board space. This device is suggested for small electronic products such as cell/smart phones, MP3 music players, medical test equipment, bar code scanners, PDAs, and notebook computers.
