Check this new ADC from TI for high resolution, accuracy and linearity needs

The new 12 bit ADC ADS54R463 from Texas Instruments offers a sampling rate of 550-MSPS for an analog signal with bandwidth of 200 MHz, satisfying the needs of developers looking for a high resolution, accurate analog to digital converters. ADS54R463 is a pipeline ADC offering best spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) available for input frequencies (IF) above 500 MHz. The application advantages include, a more efficient power amplifier linearization in digital pre-distortion (DPD) solutions, better range and sensitivity in defense imaging and communication systems, and higher accuracy in wide-band test and measurement equipment.

Noise specifications:
64.1 dBFS SNR, 80 dBc SFDR @ 450MHz, 500MSPS
62.5 dBFS SNR, 70 dBc SFDR @ 900MHz, 500MSPS

Key Benefits
Allows for high IF and direct RF sampling architectures to simplify system design
Eases analog front-end design by providing constant input impedance over input frequency and eliminating track-and-hold kick back
Works well in high temperature and high radiation environments

Package: 14 x 14 mm TQFP

Price: ADS54R463 priced at $175 in 1000-piece quantities
