2mm x 2mm tiny MOSFETs with RDS (ON) of only 23 m Ohms for handheld gadgets

AFairchild Semiconductor's new tiny MOSFETs FDMA1024NZ and FDMA410NZ are targeted for cellular handsets, electric toothbrushes, shavers and any such handheld gadgets.

The FDMA410NZ offers portable designers the industry's lowest RDS(ON) of 23 m ohms at 4.5V, in slim 2mm x 2mm packaging. Both of these products provide guaranteed RDS(ON) ratings with VGS values of 1.5V, making them ideal for lithium ion or any other battery operated applications.
