1.2Gb and 2.5Gb DDR1 integrated memory modules for hi-reliability apps

LOGIC Devices is sampling DDR1 iMOD 1.2Gb and 2.5Gb memory module devices in different speeds and temperature grades. All product members are currently available as Engineering Samples (ES) with fully qualified production product scheduled for release in April.

LOGIC Devices' initial IMOD product members are targeted for Industrial, Embedded and Hi-Reliability markets with target applications including diagnostic imaging arrays, main-system (core) memory, high density - multi-port arrays, digital signal processor memory and high end data/video streaming servers. Logic Devices' DDR3 leadership product, which is currently in development, packaged in our 16mm x 22mm-271ball LBGA and supporting backwards compatibility to DD2, is targeted for an April 2009 introduction.
