2 MHz high-current inductors with low DCR

Vishay Intertechnology launched a new IHLP, high-current inductor, IHLP-6767GZ-01 offers a high frequency range and standard inductance values from 0.22 µH through 22 µH.

With a frequency range up to 2 MHz, the new IHLP inductor serves as a space and power-saving solution for voltage regulator module, dc-to-dc converter, and noise filtering applications in end products including next-generation mobile devices; desktop computers, servers, graphic cards, and automotive systems; high-current power supplies and point of load converters; distributed power systems; and field-programmable gate arrays.

Features and benefits include:

1. Offers a saturation current range from 23 A up to 129 A
2. Heat rating current range from 9.0 A to 44 A
3. Typical DCR from 0.63 mO to 25.1 mO, and maximum DCR from 0.66 mO to 26.5 mO.
4. Can handles high transient current spikes without hard saturation.
5. Specified for an operating temperature range of 55°C to +125°C, with high resistance to thermal shock, moisture, mechanical shock, and vibration.
6. Packaged in an RoHS-compliant, 100% lead-free shielded, composite construction that reduces buzz noise to ultra-low levels,
