New single pole double throw GaAs RFIC Switch for wireless applications

NEC has launched new UPG2156TB SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) GaAs RFIC Switch requires only a single control line to switch RF power between ports. The UPG2156TB features high power-handling capability with low harmonic distortion and insertion loss, plus it operates from 0.8 to 2.5 GHz, so it's ideal for a wide range of applications.
