P-Channel MOSFET in CSP for slimmest cell phones

Fairchild Semiconductor has released single P-Channel MOSFET in 1 x 1.5 x 0.4mm WL-CSP packaging. The FDZ391P offers a very low profile accommodating the slim form factor requirements of next generation cell phones, MP3 players and other portable applications. With its low RDS (ON) of 74mOhm typical @ -4.5V VGS, it reduces conduction losses and provides power dissipation of 1.9 Watts.

The FDZ391P utilizes lead-free (Pb-free) terminals and has been characterized for moisture sensitivity in accordance with the Pb-free reflow requirements of the joint IPC/JEDEC standard J-STD-020.
