8-channel analog multiplexers for high-voltage systems

MAX14752/MAX14753 from Maxim are 8-channel/dual 4-channel, high-voltage multiplexers. These devices feature ultra-low leakage and low on-resistance to minimize the voltage errors introduced by series current-limiting resistors in the input.

Some of the features of these devices are listed below:

1. Low leakage (20nA, max)
2. Low on-resistance (60O, typ)
3. Low on-resistance flatness (0.03O, typ)
4. They integrate input diodes to protect against over-voltages and under-voltages.
5. Operate from dual supplies of ±10V to ±35V, or a single supply of +20V to +72V.
6. Fully specified over the -40°C to +85°C extended temperature range.
7. Ideal for high-voltage applications such as programmable-logic controllers (PLCs), industrial control systems, automatic test equipment (ATE), and medical monitoring systems.
