White power SMD LEDs based on 'InGaN/TAG on sapphire' technology
Vishay Intertechnology released industry's first white power SMD LEDs that utilize InGaN/TAG on Sapphire Technology. The new VLMW63 series & VLMW64 series are exclusively designed to reduce costs in high-volume applications, Vishay said.
Key features include:
1. Low thermal resistance of 40 k/W for VLMW64 series & 50 k/W for VLMW63
2. High optical power from 2240 mcd to 5600 mcd
3. Offer a typical luminous flux of 11000 mlm
4. Optical efficiency up to 30 lm/W
5. Forward voltage up to 4.3 V
6. 60° half-intensity angle
7. High service life of up to 50,000 hours
8. Offer an ESD-withstand voltage up to 2 kV
9. Lead (Pb)-free and RoHS-compliant
10. Automotive qualified AEC-Q101
11. Compatible with IR-reflow solder processes
