Nichicon's Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Electrolytic Caps

Nichicon launched their new F38 series of conductive polymer tantalum solid electrolytic capacitors in resin-molded chip with very low ESR, and ripple current & leakage current.

Some of the key specs of this product series are,

Temperature range of -55 to +105°C
Capacitance tolerance of ±20% at 120Hz
Very low leakage current at 20°C is not more than 0.1CV
