IR launches MOSFET chipsets for high frequency DC - DC Converters.

International Rectifier has released to market three new MOSFET chipsets for point-of-load (POL) converter designs, server, and high-end desktop and notebook computer applications. The new devices IRF6710S2, IRF6795M and IRF6797M offer better on-resistance, gate charge and gate to drain charge. These devices to work at voltage of 25 volts and below and current up to 25 Amps per phase. IR has suggested these devices for high-current synchronous converter designs.
