New IGBT 3 phase bridge power modules for heavy motor control apps

Microsemi Corp. has announced a new IGBT 3 phase power module for motor control applications.
The APTGF/APTGT series has built in sensors to monitor the module case temperature. APTGF series are fast NPT IGBTs for frequency range of 20 to 50 KHz and APTGT series are Trench Field Stop IGBTs for 5 to 20 KHz low frequency applications.
The key advantage of this component is, very low profile of 12 mm and a small 40.8 mm x 73.4 mm footprint SP3 package offers a compact module.

Extra DC supply pins to connect a decoupling capacitor and provide very low parasitic internal inductance. Highly suggested for Hi-rel applications such as aerospace, defense etc..
