Allegro's darlington transistors for professional audio systems
Audio power amplifying transistors play key role in maintaining fidelity of the audio signal. Most of the audio engineers compromise power for performance. Designer use thermal compensation circuitry to adjust the input signal whenever the transistor heats up and changes it's key parameters. Here in these new darlington transistors from Allegro; the STD01N/P and STD02N/P are provided with built-in thermal compensation diode to eliminate the delay in compensating. Vendor says, these devices provide enhanced thermal stability.
