NEC's new MMIC double pole four through (DP4T) switch for WiMAX applications

NEC's California Eastern Lab group has announced new GaAs MMIC DP4T switch for WiMAX applications. The UPG2181T5R is specifically designed for WiMAX customer premises equipment. The onchip 3-input CMOS decoder selects one of the eight possible switch modes.
