Popular digital potentiometer CAT5114 from Catalyst comes in TDFN packages.

Catalyst Semiconductor's CAT5114 digital potentiometer IC is now available in 2x2.5 mm TDFN package. This 32 tap potentiometer is a pin to pin cross reference to Intersil's X93154. Though aimed at portable applications, its also suggested for LCD screen control, and motor control systems.

The features of this device are,

32-position linear taper potentiometer
Resistance values: 10k ohms, 50k ohms, 100k ohms
Non-volatile EEPROM wiper storage
Increment up/down serial interface
Single supply operation: 2.5V - 6V
