New 8-bit Flash microcontroller from Fujistu

The MB95F128 and MB95F168M from Fujistu are the new 8 bit microcontrollers with features of low power consumption and higher performance for home appliance and audio/video equipments. These both integrate LCD controllers with flashing LCD displays that include hardware-based settings. These can flash each of the character individually, eliminating the need to control LCD flashing through software.

They feature dual-use LCD power pins and display output pins that can be used as well as general-purpose I/O pins in other applications.

The flash memory size is 60KB. Can work on both 5V and 3V DC power source.
