OP AMPS from ST Micro for battery based systems

ST Micro has announced TSV911/2/4 and TSV991/2/4 family of new OP-AMPS for use in power starved battery driven equipments.
TSV911/2/4 provides 8MHz gain-bandwidth product and is unity-gain stable for capacitive loads up to 200pF, where as TSV991/2/4 offers a 20MHz gain-bandwidth product for gain of 3 or above.

The rated operating voltage for both is 2.5 V to 5.5 V. They consume 780 microamps of current at 2.5 V supply voltage.
The other notable features are,
Low input bias current of 1pico amp.
ESD protection of 5KV.
The operating temperature range of -40 to +125 Deg C makes it suitable for harsh environments.
Packages: SOT23-5, SO8, MSO8, TSSOP14, and SO14 ECOPACK.
