ST Micro Automotive grade NOR flash available up to 32 Mbit capacity

ST Micro supplies hi-rel NOR flash to use in cars for storing data in the capacity range of 4MB to 32 MB. The M29W320 can operate in the temperature range of -40 to +125 degrees C.

Some of the specifications of the latest 32 MB NOR flash memory chip are,

Can operate from a voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6 V.
The random access time is 70ns.
The data retention life is 20 years.
Write endurance is 100,000 program/erase cycles per block
