Virtex -4 FPGA development platform from Xilinx

Xilinx has made available a new development platform based on their Virtex-4 FPGA. The platform named ML410 offers logic fabric, two embedded PowerPC 405 processors, high speed serial I/O with integrated transceivers.
It comes in ATX formfactor motherboard with a 256 MB DDR-II DIMM memory, 64MB DDR component memory, PCI Express and PCI 32/33 expansion connectors, two 10/100/1000 Ethernet PHYs, and interface ports for USB, Serial ATA, PS/2 keyboard/mouse, and RS-232.

This board with dual PowerPC cores, each running with Vxworks and using independent ethernet channels is made for high throughput imaging/video and audio applications.

ML410 costs $2995 and comes with comprehensive library of documentation, reference designs, tutorials, source code, board schematics.
