10MHz, 32Kbit SPI serial EEPROM from Microchip

Microchip's new serial EEPROM devices 25AA320A and 25LC320A can store 32 Kbits of data and work up to speeds of 10 MHz. They offer fast byte and page level erase and write operations along with rapid data access times.
These devices use a special architecture called PMOS Electrically Erasable Cell (PEEC) architecture to achieve high storage density in small area. They provide high endurance of 1 million erase/write cycles and retention time of 200 years. Can also with stand industrial and automotive environment conditions.
If you are already using 32 kbit EEPROMs from microchip but of low speed, up-grade your design by drop-in replacement.
