Low power and precise voltage reference from Intersil

Intesil's new voltage reference IC ISL21009 can provide 1.25 V and 2.5V DC Referece with accuracy of +/-0.5mV. This IC can handle input voltage up to 16.5 Volts. The outstanding specs are, it's output noise is 4 micro Volts peak to peak (0.1Hz to 10 Hz) and consumes low supply current of 180 micro Amps.

Temperature coefficient of 3ppm/Deg C, 5ppm/Deg C, 10 ppm/Deg C
Can source output current of +/- 7.0 mA
Wide operating Temperature Range of -40 Deg C to +125Deg C
