TriQuint Semiconductor expands its RF portfolio for 3G/4G

TriQuint Semiconductor has announced a high efficiency solution for 3G/4G base station power, TriPower, and its new solution for 3G WEDGE mobile phones, the TRITON PA Module Family and a new HADRON II PA Module. TriQuint also highlighted success of its WiFi technology for smartphones and CuFlip technology.

TriQuint has also recently expanded its optical, cable and radio broadband solutions such as Optical Amplifiers, Triple-Play Cable Solutions, TriPower, and Point to Point Radio.

Ralph Quinsey, President and Chief Executive Officer, outlined TriQuint's opportunities for 2010 during the recent Needham Growth Conference.
