Sub-2mOhm, 25 Volts MOSFET from Fairchild Semiconductor

Fairchild has introduced the FDMC7570S, a new 25V MOSFET with improved efficiency and thermal enhancements for compact power supply solutions.

With an RDS(ON) of 1.6mOhm at 10VGS (2.3mOhm 4.5VGS), it delivers 5% low conduction losses, and features a shielded gate architecture that reduces high-frequency switching noise.

The key features of the FDMC7570S MOSFET are,

Max on-resistance of 2 mOhm at VGS = 10 V, ID = 27 A
Max on-resistance of 2.9 mOhm at VGS = 4.5 V, ID = 21.5 A
SyncFET Schottky Body Diode
100% UIL tested
RoHS compliant

The suggested applications for the FDMC7570S MOSFET are Synchronous rectifier for dc/dc converters, Notebook Vcore/ GPU low side switch, Networking point of load low side switch, and telecom secondary side rectification.Product
