Fairchild Semiconductor's 4-channel video filter for STB and DVD markets

Fairchild Semiconductor has made available a 4-Channel integrated video filter that supports the set-top-box and DVD markets.

Operating at 8 MHz, this 4-Channel video filter, the FMS6144A, offers ESD protection of 9KV. The product also provides a 3V supply option so designers can use this in either 5V or 3V systems. This device is capable of having inputs AC or DC coupled to save board space and external components.

The FMS6144A complements the FMS6143 3-Channel device and FMS6145 5-Channel device. Fairchild's video filter devices support broad range of video standards and channel configurations.
