40V, low power precision op amps from Intersil for industrial apps

Intersil has introduced the ISL28117 and ISL28217, a new members of bipolar low-power precision operational amplifier series that are suitable for medical instruments, precision active filters, power supply control, programmable logic controllers and digital oscilloscopes applications.

The key features of the ISL28117 and ISL28217 Op Amps are,

±50µV, Max of low input offset
Offset TC of 0.6µV/C, Max
Input bias current of ±1nA, Max
Input bias current TC of ±5pA/C, Max
440µA of low current consumption
8nV/Hz of voltage noise
Input voltage ranges from 4.5V to 40V
High performance for 12-bit to 24-bit data acquisition

The single ISL28117 and dual ISL28217 are capable of reducing signal conditioning error, through a combination of low noise, low offset voltage, low bias current and high gain accuracy. These amplifiers enable high gain processing of wide common-mode voltage signals with better accuracy than competing solutions.

Operating temperature range: -40 to +125 deg C

Package: 8-lead SOIC package
