Quad/Dual digital pulser ICs from Maxim for high-voltage apps

The MAX4940/MAX4940A ICs from Maxim can produce a pulse of high voltage, high frequency, unipolar or bipolar signals in high-voltage systems from low-voltage logic inputs. These quad/dual pulsers feature independent logic inputs, independent high-voltage pulser outputs with active clamps and independent high-voltage supply inputs. The MAX4940/MAX4940A are suitable for high-voltage applications such as portable ultrasound imaging, industrial flaw detection, cleaning equipment, piezoelectric drivers and test instruments.

0 to +220V unipolar or ±110V bipolar outputs
8.5Ohm (typ) output impedance and 2.0A (typ) output current
27Ohm (typ) always-on active clamp with integrated blocking diodes

Matched rise/fall times and matched propagation delays
