High speed/density battery-free non-volatile RAM from AGIGA

AGIGA has introduced a high-density, high-speed non-volatile RAM system that is suitable for the applications including storage, networking, communications, industrial/Embedded computing and controls, medical equipment, gaming systems, ATMs and point-of-sale terminals, printers, scanners, copiers, automotive and military systems.

The CAPRI family delivers densities between 256 MB (2048 Mbit) and 2 GB (16 Gbit), and also leverages a DDR2 SDRAM interface to deliver speeds up to 800 MHz with peak transfer rates equivalent to DRAMs. The CAPRI family offers features such as zero standby power, power interruption immunity, instant on/recovery, write caching/posting, data logging, service/maintenance processing, journaling, unified memory architectures, and UPS replacement/redundancy. The products provide all these features while preserving mission-critical data.
