MCUs with USB2.0 interface from Holtek

Holtek announces the release of full speed USB interface Microcontroller devices [HT82A623R, HT82A6208 and HT82A6216].

These MCU devices have all passed USB-IF Compliance Test - USB2.0 Report for Full speed Device.

The user can switch dynamically between both low and high speeds to obtain the optimal power/performance ratio. All devices provide Endpoints and can support the transmission of Control Mode, Interrupt Mode and Bulk Mode separately. The Endpoint FIFO size can be setup by the user. The main distinction between the HT82A6208 and HT82A616 is in their respective 8M-bit/16M-bit Flash memory capacity.

HT82A623R is designed for PC peripherals like keyboards, mouse products, joysticks, Game Pads as well as other consumer type USB products, etc.

HT82A6208 and HT82A6216 used in 1.5 inch digital photo frames, electronic name cards, multi crypto security management systems as well as other consumer type USB products that require Flash memory storage.

160 bytes of Data Memory RAM,
32 I/O pins,
Two SPI serial interfaces,
Two 8-bit PWM function,
16-bit and 8-bit Timers.
16-channel 12-bit resolution Analog to Digital converter.
High speed system oscillator is provided by a 12MHz or 6MHz crystal
Low speed oscillator operates at a frequency of 32768Hz.
