40V, 200mA VCE (SAT) transistors for handheld apps from Central Semi

Central Semiconductor has announced the release of the CMBT3904E (NPN) and CMBT3906E (PNP) small signal transistors with an voltage of 40V, 200mA of maximum collector current, and typical low VCE (SAT) specifications of 0.057V at 10mA and 0.1V at 50mA. The suggested applications of these devices are DC / DC converters, Voltage clamping, Protection circuits, and the battery powered applications such as cell phones, digital cameras, pagers, PDAs, laptop computers.
