New 1.8V low-voltage serial MCUs from Holtek

Holtek has announced the release of its new HT82K76E-L/HT82K70E-L, a 1.8V, 8-bit high performance, RISC architecture serial MCUs designed for multiple I/O control product, and battery powered wireless applications.

The HT82K76E-L/HT82K70E-L devices contain 216 bytes of data memory RAM, up to 43 I/O pins, two 16-bit timers, a SPI serial interface function and a multi voltage Low Voltage Detect function. The HT82K76E-L contains 8K x 16 of program memory where the HT82K70E-L contains 4K x 16 of program memory.

The advantages of these devices are low power consumption, I/O flexibility, timer functions, oscillator options, Power-down and wake-up functions, Watchdog timer, motor driving, industrial control, consumer products, subsystem controllers, etc.
