Allegro announced two new Hall-Effect sensors for motor control applications
Allegro's two new Hall-Effect sensors ACS712 for bi-directional and ACS713 for unidirectional current sensors offer low internal conductor resistance of 1.2 milli-ohm and isolation voltage of 2100 Volts (RMS)
The other key specs are,
Operates from a single supply voltage of 5.0V
Output sensitivity of 133 to 185 mV/A
Total output error: 1.5% at ambient temperature of 25°C
50KHz bandwidth
Output rise time of 5 microsecond for step input current.
The device is suitable for motion control applications
RoHS compliant: Yes
Package: 8 lead SOIC
