1U rack-mount network security hardware platform for 10 Gigabit Ethernet LAN

AXIOMTEK has introduced the NA-822, a 1U rack-mount network security hardware platform with features of high performance and high density for VPN, firewall and other
network security applications.

The NA-822 built around an Intel 3210 plus ICH9R chipset that supports Intel Core2 Quad, Core2 Duo, Xeon processors 3000 sequence, Intel Celeron E1500 and Celeron 440 processors in the LGA775 socket with a 1333 MHz FSB. It also supports two groups of LAN bypass through WDT and GPIO pin definition without downtime. At the same time, the NA-822 also offers option for Cavium CN16XX accelerator.

Other key features of the NA-822 are,

Supports ten 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet ports (Intel® 82574)

Supports BIOS redirected to COM port.
Supports Cavium CN16XX accelerator onboard (optional)

And the suggested applications are internet, content filtering, UTM, network security and other embedded box solutions.
