Layer 2, 52 port managed gigabit Ethernet switch from Allied Telesis
Allied Telesis has announced the availability of its AT-9000/52, a basic layer 2, 52 port managed gigabit Ethernet switch that is suitable for the Server Message Block (SMB) environment.

When the switch is connected to Ethernet-strength cables, the device detects the cable length and drives less power through shorter cables.
