Dual-downconverting SiGe mixers with high linearity for wireless base stations

Maxim has introduced the MAX19995/MAX19995A/MAX19997A/MAX19999 family, an integrated, dual downconverting mixers with on-chip Local Oscillator (LO) buffers and IF amplifiers and designed using a monolithic SiGe process for high linearity. Covering the 1700MHz to 4000MHz wireless spectrum, these devices are ideal for DCS/PCS, cdma2000, WCDMA/UMTS, WCS, LTE, WiMAX, and MMDS wireless-infrastructure applications.

These devices pack two state-of-the-art mixer cores, four amplifiers, three baluns, an LO splitter, and discrete components. And also supports two unique 'green' power modes in which linearity performance can be traded off for reduced power consumption.

Package: Compact, 6mm x 6mm, 36-pin TQFN package
Price: Starts at $9.96 for 1k pieces
