Linear's LTC2938/39 supply monitor for multi-rail systems

Linear has introduced the LTC2939, a 6-channel supply monitor with processor supervisory functions configured for low voltage applications down to 1.2V where as LTC2938 is a 4-channel. The LTC2938/LTC2939 are used to monitor multiple positive and negative power rails.

Key features of LTC2938/39 are,

Sixteen user-selectable combinations of 5V, 3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.5V, 1.2V and/or ± adjustable voltage thresholds
Guaranteed threshold accuracy: ±1.5%
Adjustable resent and watchdog timeout
Watchdog status output
Low supply current: 80uA typical
Power supply glitch immunity
Guaranteed /RST for VCC > 1V
High temperature operation to 125°C
