Fairchild's new low on-resistance 20V P-Channel MOSFET

Fairchild semiconductor has released to market a new MOSFET part FDZ371PZ with lowest RDS (ON) of 75 milli ohms (VGS = -4.5 V, ID = -2.0 A). This 20V P-Channel MOSFET is targeted for mobile phones, medical electronics, and any such portable applications.

This space-saving and low power MOSFET is made using Fairchild's proprietary PowerTrench process technology. FDZ371PZ provides ESD protection of 4.4KV.
FDZ371PZ is RoHS compliant and only measures 0.4 mm in height.
