AC/DC converting 75W power supply modules for outdoor/street LED lamps

The new waterproofed and rugged PIL75U-C Series constant current AC/DC power supply modules from Power Partners are targeted for outdoor LED lamp based lighting applications, including street lights and wide area lighting. The total power rating is 75W, with output current ratings ranging from 350mA to 5000mA. Models with an optional dimming control are also available.

The PIL75U-C operates from an AC input voltage range of 90-305 Volts and the design incorporates high PFC, meeting the requirements for EN61000-3-2. These power suppliers are up to 92% efficient and can withstand operating temperature range of -35°C to +70°C.

The PIL75U-C Series is housed in a compact and rugged aluminum enclosure, rated to IP67 waterproof standards, making them suitable for harsh environments in municipal, industrial, or commercial outdoor lighting applications.

The protection features include overvoltage, over temperature, short circuit protection and lightning protection. Safety and environment approvals include latest lighting regulations of UL8750 and EN61347, CE Marked, and are RoHS compliant.
