New 1.4V operational amplifiers from Holtek with quiescent current of 0.6 micro amps

Holtek has introduced the HT928x, a new series of 2.3MHz Gain-bandwidth product operational amplifiers that operate with a single power supply of 2.0V and have a typical quiescent current value of only 220uA.

Holtek has also introduced the HT926x, a new series of TinyPower operational amplifier device that offer the advantage of a single supply voltage down to 1.4V and a typical quiescent current value of only 0.6uA, making the devices suitable for battery powered products and portable applications.

The key features of the HT928x series are,

Operating input voltage ranges from 2.0V to 5.5V
Supply current of 220uA/amplifier typical
Phase margin of 63 degrees and rail-to-rail output
Gain bandwidth of 2.6MHz typical
Unity gain stable
Maximum output voltage range of VDD -50mV to VSS+50mV

The key features of the HT926x series are,

Operating input voltage ranges from 1.4V to 5.5V
Rail-to-Rail output
Gain bandwidth of 11 kHz typical
Unity gain stable

With 14kHz of gain-bandwidth product and unity gain stability, the HT926x series device are suggested for low frequency applications such as battery current detection and sensor signal processing.
