CDMA phone Single chip IC to support EV-DO.

Qualcomm's QSC6075, single chip solution for latest CDMA phones to support CDMA2000 1x EV-DO. This 65nm line width chip is designed to enable broadband internet access and multimedia transmission at lower cost. QSC6075 supports AWS, cellular and PCS.
QSC6075 packs baseband modem multimedia engines, multi-band radio transceiver and power management into a single chip.
