Intersil's analog switches with low on resistance in tiny uTQFN package.

Intersil's has released low-voltage dual ISL54050 and quad ISL54056 single pole double throw (SPDT) bidirectional analog switches. The ISL54050 has on resistance of 0.27ohms and ISL54056 has on resistance of 0.45 ohm at a supply voltage of 3.3V. The ISL54050 has a resistance flatness of 0.03ohm and ISL54060 has resistance flatness of 0.05ohms to bring down total harmonic distortion. Suitable for switching weak audio signals in cell-phones and battery operated portables and still maintain the fidelity.

The package is also interesting feature, both these devices are available in tiny microTQFN package; 33% thinner compared to TDFN and TQFN.
If you are using ISL8484, replace the same with ISL54050 and replace ISL8499 with ISL54056.

The other key-specs are,
Supply voltage range = 1.65V to 4.5V
Low power consumption of less than 0.45 microwatts.
Turn on delay of 40 nano second and turn off delay of 20 nano seconds at supply voltage of 4.3V.
