ISL59446 from Intersil can multiplex 4 high-resolution video inputs.

Intersil has released 4:1 multiplexer ISL59446 with three amplifiers. All four inputs can support video bandwidth. Suggested for switching and multiplexing of RGB and other high bandwidth signals in high-resolution video displays, HDTV, PC monitors, video projector, set top box, and broadcasting video. The switching of four input signals can be controlled through combination of signals at two pins called S0 and S1. In one state the separate R, G and B signals from one source pass through all three amplified output channels.

There is also a pin called HIZ to put the device in a high impedance state. The idea is to create 8:1 , 12:1 or 16:1 switching matrices by using more of these devices. The sleep mode power consumption is 14mWatts.

The bandwidth is 500MHz and can take a load of 150 Ohm.
The amplifiers have a fixed gain of two.
The slew rate is +/-1600V/micro second.
The supply voltage is +/- 5V and at supply current of 11mA/channel
