The new CAT803 from Catalyst Semi is pin to pin replacement for Maxim's MAX803

The Catalyst Semiconductor has announced it's new CAT803 which is a direct drop-in replacement for Maxim's MAX803 power supply supervisory IC.

Along with CAT803, Catalyst also released closely similar CAT808; a voltage detector IC.

The key features are,

Both have open drain output.
CAT803: Active low reset with time -out.
CAT808: Active low reset with no time -out.
Immune to power transients
Reset Threshold voltages:
CAT803: 4.63V, 4.38V, 4.00V, 3.08V, 2.93V, 2.63V, 2.32V
CAT808: 3.2V, 2.7V
Reset voltages can be as minimum as 1.0 V
Power supply current rating:
CAT803: 6 micro amps
CAT808: 2.4 micro amps

CAT803: 3 lead SC70 and 3 lead SOT23
CAT808: 5 lead TSOT23 and 3 lead SOT89
