High performance FET devices in MLP package from Fairchild

Fairchild has released to market 3 new N channel and 1 new P channel UltrFETs to take on primary switching job of DC/DC converter applications such as work stations, telecom and networking.

Following are the key features and specifications,

Miller charge of 3 nano Coulombs
On resistance of 218 mOhms
Thermal resistance of 5C/W.

Voltage option: N channel - 100V, 200V, 220V (FDM3622, FDMC2610, FDMC2674)
P channel - 150V (FDMC2523P)

Availability: Sampling now and demo boards are also available.
