Temperature sensors for DDR memory modules with +/-1 Deg C accuracy

MAX6604 from Maxim measure the DDR memory module's temperature and convert into digital format. The digital data can be sent to processoor/controller through I2C interface.
The measured temperature gets updated 8 times in a second. This stays on memory module board and provide accurate temperature than the one on motherboard.
Has three address inputs. Suggested to go into your laptop designs where the temperature of memory modules are to be accurately monitored.
Can work in the temperature range of -20Deg C to +125Deg C. Operating voltage range in 3.0 to 5.5 V.
