12.1 Inch SVGA transflective display from Sharp for bright outdoors

Normal TFT LCDs and picture tubes go nearly invisible in bright outdoor light, but this new TFT LCD from Sharp Electronics is designed to work in bright sunlight with better viewing angle and also displays equally good in indoors. This display is pin to pin compatible with popular sharp LCDs.

These displays are designed for GPS, marine navigation, ATMS, petrol/diesel bunks, information kiosks, outdoor instrumentation and medical systems.

The size, mountings, connectors, and pinouts are exactly same as previous versions of displays from Sharp, so you can replace without any physical design changes. No extra backlight bulbs are required.
