NEC's DPDT switches for WLAN and ISM applications

NEC's California Eastern Laboratories division has developed new 1.5X1.5X0.37 mm sized GaAs DPDT switches for use in Wireless LAN and ISM band applications. The UPG2162T5N and UPG2164T5N have a low insertion loss of 0.5 dB.



Package: QFN32.

Availability: Sampling now, production volumes in mid 2007
